The total investment in subsidies in agricultural land of Law 18.450. The Law grants subsidies to irrigation and drainage projects whose cost does not exceed UF 50,000 in the case of individual projects; nor does it exceed UF 250,000 in the case of projects submitted by irrigation organizations. Projects whose cost does not exceed UF 30,000 may apply for the maximum bonus established in articles 1 and 3 of this law, as appropriate. Likewise, projects whose cost is higher than the amount indicated may apply for the maximum bonuses referred to above, in the part that does not exceed 30,000 development units. For each of the other incremental tranches located above 30,000 development units, the maximum subsidy to which it may be applied will decrease in accordance with the provisions of the regulations of the Law.
