Total length of the national road network covered with asphalt pavement. The total extension of this type of road is updated annually in the Road Inventory (national, regional, regional-provincial, and regional-communal), which provides information on the status of the National Road Network and contains information from the Works Registration Records (FIO) (issued by the Fiscal Inspectorate of Contracts), information from the minutes of work of the SAC System, the content in the SFUC System of the Subdirectorate of Maintenance and of the SAFI System, in addition to information provided by the Regional Directorates of Roads.
