The annual sum of the monthly emissions of Total Hydrocarbons (THC) originating from mobile sources, wich are understood as any mechanism that emits pollutants into the atmosphere, water, and soil and that does not have a fixed place. Mobiles sources include all vehicles such as automobiles, ships, airplanes, etc.
