The annual sum of monthly emissions of Polychlorinated Dibenzoparadioxins and Furans (PCDD/F) originating from mobile sources, which are understood to be any device emitting pollutants to the atmosphere, water, and soil that does not have a fixed place. Mobiles sources include all vehicles such as automobiles, boats, airplanes, etc.
