The concentration of MP 2.5 at the 98th percentile for each representative population monitoring station (EMRP). The concentration values (µg/m3), consisting of a calendar year of measurement, will be noted in a list arranged in increasing order that will enable the accumulated concentration at 98% to be identified. The primary air quality standard for MP 2.5 shall be considered exceeded when the 98th percentile of the daily averages recorded during a year is greater than 50 µg/m3 at any EMRP-rated monitoring station.
